Welcome to Study360 Education Agency. By accessing our website, enrolling in our services, or engaging with our counsellors, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1.⁠ ⁠Services Provided
Study360 offers services including:

  • Career counselling and study abroad advice
  • Application support to Australian universities and colleges
  • Visa guidance and GTE preparation
  • Pre-departure briefings and post-arrival support
  • Ongoing migration pathway consultation via Kembu Migration
  • Affiliate support services such as accommodation, insurance, flights, and banking

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorised purposes

3.⁠ ⁠Service Fees

  • A non-refundable fee of USD $250 is charged per student to access our full suite of services.
  • This fee covers: personalised counselling, university application support, visa guidance, documentation review, and access to our pre-departure and post-arrival resources.
  • Payment is required before we begin any application or visa-related work on your behalf.
  • Additional services (e.g., priority support, GTE coaching, document translation, airport pickup) may attract extra charges. These will be clearly communicated prior to enrolment.
  • Students are responsible for covering any additional costs related to document verification, including notarisation, credential evaluation, or government authentication, where required by the institution or visa authority.

4. Commission Disclosure

  • Study360 may receive commissions from certain universities, colleges, or third-party service providers.
  • These commissions do not affect the impartiality or quality of our counselling.

5.⁠ ⁠Student Responsibility
You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and verifiable documents and information
  • Meeting institutional or immigration deadlines
  • Cooperating throughout the application and visa process

6.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Services

  • We may recommend third-party providers for OSHC, accommodation, banking, SIM cards, etc. While we vet these partners, we are not liable for their performance or terms of use.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Admissions rejections or visa denials
  • Decisions made by educational institutions, embassies, or immigration bodies
  • Delays caused by third-party providers, government agencies, or force majeure events

8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

  • All Study360 branding, materials, and web content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9.⁠ ⁠Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for misconduct, providing false information, or violating these Terms.

10.⁠ ⁠Updates to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms occasionally. You are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
